| Moogler21 | 9 | 3 | Some | This is my daughter's favorite game (she's 3). We do have to play on a table or a hard surface because she does not have the dexterity to really place the tiles properly. The colors are great and she loves pointing out the different details on each tile. I imagine that her rating of this game will decrease as she gets older, but at three years old it is definitely a 9. |
| musicmom | 8 | 2 | Some | My 2 and 5 year olds play this nearly every day. It's easy rules with no strategy at all, but it plays quick and looks pretty. |
| Styro | 8 | | | My girls (5, 7, and 9) all enjoy this game, but especially the 5 year old. |
| wyldeoad | 8 | 3 | Some | Our 4 year old loves to play this. The cards which make up the snake sections are very nice and attractive. There is some tension as a snake gets longer and longer and who will complete it to claim all of those cards for their own. It is fun watching our grandson, but not much game to capture the adult's interest. |
| fluffdaddy | 7 | | | This is not a brilliant game - but my 5 year old son & I have used it to introduce his younger friends to playing games. |
| fsumarc | 7 | 4 | Some | Would not play this game if no child is under 6 in the group. Both my daughters liked this game a a lot when they were in the 4-7 range. |

| helenoftroy | 7 | | | I really liked this game but my 3 year old son gets a little frantic if the tiles do not match up in a perfect row. The game is fun for him if we stack the deck. |

| phaedrus | 7 | | | This is a great game for 4 and even 3 year olds. I have two boys who were these ages when I bought this game for them. They had no problem with the rules and goals of the game. Though, they did loose interest around 5 1/2 years old. |
| wmshub | 7 | 3 | Some | Strangely interesting for a game with no real decisions to make; putting tiles together to build a picture is entertaining even without the meeples. Scoring requires counting to 25 or 30, which is a good skill to practice for 3-4 year olds. |
| Yollege | 7 | 3 | Some | Another game my 4 yr old was addicted to. 3 yr olds can manage it without much trouble, and it is a good intro to basic rules with a game, like placing tiles. |
| Bigwood | 6 | 3 | No | This is a great color-matching game for kids. The tiles are sturdy and the game has some tension as the snakes get longer and longer. There's not really much in it for adults, though. There aren't meaningful decisions and the first player wins most of the time. Having said that, it's still a good first game for the kids. |
| brafman | 6 | | | Its odd - it seems like it ought to be a great younger kids game. I thought it would go over well. But my kids too were more interested in playing around with the tiles (particularly the wild/rainbow head and tail) than playing the game. |

| moakm | 6 | | | This one is actually okay for an adult to play. My kids like it for a play or two and are ready to move on. A lot of luck involved. |
| alkaiser | 5 | 4 | No | Really a hit or miss game. Most times we tried this one the kids didn't treat it as a game. Never really caught on but they love to make the snakes. |
| Bosaiya | 5 | 3 | No | The fact that you can get into an unwinable situation late in the game makes this one a real drag. It's great if you want to teach your kids disappointment and Let's just shelve this and try something else.
If you're just letting them shuffle the cards around to find matches without any structure or rules it's great.
It is slightly more fun for older kids and adults when playing Speeed Hisss by slapping down matches as quick as possible without taking turns. |
| aldanra | 4 | 2 | No | As long as your kid knows the colors, he can play this game although there is not much beyond connecting tiles of the same colors. |
| davebo | 4 | | | More of an activity than a game. Maybe good for kids under 5, but mine do not like it. |
