This is a fun race game. You lay down number cards to show the distance you have traveled. The first one to reach the final number wins. However, your opponent may hinder your trip by laying down a flat tire, empty gas tank or other hazards on you. Now you can no longer race till you have a remedy card. The challenge in the game is choosing which cards to hold and which to discard. You may only have 6 cards in your hand at a time. Do you keep the hazards to slow down your opponent? Do you hang on to the remedies to counter the hazards placed on you? Do you hold on to the number cards to help you reach the finish line ahead of everyone else? The game plays in about 10 to 15 minutes so even if you spend most of the game looking for the ‘repair’ card to remedy an ‘accident’ card placed on you, you never have to wait too long for the game to end and another chance at racing glory. |
