1wif94Yes A gorgeous, funny game. It's particularly funny when everyone has lost track of their ghost and you've no idea who will win. It is greatly improved with the Flaschengeist bottle expansion, (where you can trap a ghost for a few turns).
Admiral Fisher8  Wooo Wooo! This one is great with 4 players and even better if you get the extension for 5/6 players and the bottle. It can be an absolute blast and your chances of remembering where your piece is are not always good against crafty kids!
flieger84Some This game is well liked by my 4yo. daughter, and accepted by my 7yo son. I think the reason why my son doesn't enjoy it that much is because he'd probably rather play it with his friends. He is starting to be too cool to play with this little sister. I was very impressed with the components. I always thought that the ghosts and meeples where made from plastic. It turns out, however, that they are made from wood. They feel good to the touch and are durable enough to withstand the rough treatment that kids can sometimes give them. The game itself is very enjoyable. After several games it turned out that my daughter was lucky enough to never roll a ghost, and thus winning the game quite easily. Other times we've played, and we all were surprised who the winner was. In the heat of 'battle' it is almost inevitable to loose sight of your ghost. That makes the game all the more fun. The game plays very quickly, in well under 15min, and thus is well suited for several rounds.
fortgary84Yes This is a great game with 3-players, my daughter loves trying to remember which ghost is hers and then tricking other people into moving her piece. Great quality components.
ghcstr8  We usually only get to play with 3 and it works well. My 5-year old daughter absolutely loves this game and likes when nobody can remember which ghost is theirs. Very solid choice, great replay value!
smithhemb8  Great bits, fun/funny game, especially good with the expansion and the switch discs rule. Great for mixed ages.
wmshub83Yes Cute fun for kids. Lots of laughs as everybody forgets which pawn is theirs.
Yokiboy83Yes Geistertreppe (Spooky Stairs) is a memory game that will surprise you. Your small 3-4 year olds will amaze you with their recall, but even when people forget which ghost hides their pawn, gameplay is so much fun that you still laugh to see who wins the game. I recommend this for kids, families, and adults.
alkaiser75Yes Excellent components and a pretty good game. Basically a roll and move game but the mixing up of the ghosts can get crazy. Not very good with just two players and best with 4 players.
gonzoron7  Great for both kids and adults. I would recommend avoiding the "switch player color discs" option for kids, though. That can get nasty.
beauka54Some An okay game that has more of a maximum age limit rather than a minimum. I've found most children above the age of 7 or so just really stay away from this game after their first play. That's a relatively short shelf life if you're looking for something to last through the years of childhood. Not recommended very highly by me. . .
