| spearjr | 8 | 6 | Some | I'm a huge fan of Magic The Gathering, but it is definitely on the complex side for kids. Wizards of the Coast took some of the same basic principles, casting spells, creatures, attacking the opponent, but dropped a lot of the complex interactions. They also made every card can be used as a land, so mana screw is NEVER an issue. I found it enjoyable and my friend's 6 yr old was able to compete with the adults. |

| SeanXor | 6 | 6 | Some | This game plays a bit like a Magic: The Gathering light. Once a child gets older this game will probably not hold their interest so it is probably not worth the investment. |
