| IanthePez | 10 | 4 | Yes | Great game. It can even be played as basically as just sliding the pieces with small children (my 2 year old loves this) and we at least learn to take turns. Once they are old enough to do the scoring it becomes even more fun. Great game, great price, and readily available for now. |
| norwood | 10 | 5 | Yes | A great, family-friendly dexterity game. Everyone needs to own this! |
| reapersaurus | 10 | 3 | Yes | Sorry Sliders is the best kid-friendly tabletop shuffleboard game ever made. For families, it beats the pants off of Crokinole. It is affordable (you don't have to freak out if a component gets damaged), can be played even by 3 year olds, yet can provide smash-happy fun for competitive adults as well. Everyone remotely interested in this game should get a copy as soon as they come back in stock and show it to as many people as possible - it's that much fun for the buck. |
| riceg | 10 | 4 | Yes | Fun for all ages...just slide your pawns onto the target board while bumping everyone else onto a sorry! spot. My 4 year old son enjoyed playing this game with us. |
| SeanXor | 10 | 5 | Yes | This game is easy enough for anyone to play, but has skill involved. |
| TGov | 10 | 4 | Yes | While it is enjoyable for adults, Kids LOVE this game! Poor mans Crokinole is what I call it. |
| cdefrisco | 9 | 5 | Yes | For those of you who know Crokinole, this is a "poor man's Crokinole". It's fun, quick and delightful. Although this is marketed as a kid's game (in which it works wonderfully), the other night, after the kids moved on to something else, the adults played for another 45 minutes. :-) |
| dajackel | 9 | 4 | Yes | A wonderful game that works just as well with children, adults, or both together! |
| efreeman | 9 | 4 | Yes | Great value for $15. My 4.5 yr old son can comprehend all the rules and enjoys playing. Right now I give him a "head start" on the scoring track and that allows me to try my best to try to win. |
| fluffdaddy | 9 | 3 | Yes | Addictive, cheap, and fun! My 3 1/2 year old enjoys it just as much as my gaming group. And I, iconoclast that I am, like it better than Crokinole. |
| guantanamo | 9 | 5 | Yes | Fun quick dex game for all ages! |
| tiggle | 9 | 5 | Yes | Lots of fun for kids and parents, both. Quick and addictive . . . you always think, "next time, I'll do even better." My 8-yr-old would play all day. Lots of different ways to set up the track, keep the game fresh. |
| chachito | 8 | 6 | Some | A fun silly game that your kids can actually beat you at. We were very pleasantly surprised when we played it, and had a blast. Also, the game plays pretty quickly, so you can get a lot of games in pretty quickly. |
| dangermike | 8 | 5 | Yes | This is a very fun dexterity game, but a little beyond my 4-year old strategywise. She just likes sliding the pawns. |
| maibock | 8 | 4 | Yes | Good family fun! |
| tasajara | 8 | 4 | Yes | My 5 and 8 yr old kids loved playing this. The ability to play 2, 3 OR 4 players is terrific. The system is flexible enough to give you many configurations and options. This can even be fun for kids younger than 4 pushing the pawns around, but, due to one issue, I would recommend 4/5 year olds as a minimum. Issue: Cardboard in plastic frames. This game is begging to be destroyed. The cardboard is suspended above the table a bit - one misplaced elbow and you'll have creases or cracked frames. At least it's not too expensive, so replacing it isn't a big problem.
Short of that, this game can be very fun just throwing the pawns around, or playing very competitively carefully planning each throw. You decide. |
| Yollege | 8 | 5 | Yes | Silly, yes, but one of the biggest surprises of 2008. Who would have guessed a mass market game, with Sorry! in the title, could be so much fun. |
